Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support for an international IT service provider in Hannover, focusing on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software solutions. The Onsite IT Service Technician will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical faults locally, performing regular maintenance, and assisting with IT rollout and project activities. A key part of the job is end-user support, addressing technical inquiries, and meticulous documentation within the ticketing system. The ideal candidate possesses a completed qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, professional experience in system installation and maintenance, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office applications, and basic network technology.
