Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Desk Employee based in Bonn, serving as the primary point of contact and liaison for internal employees regarding all IT-related inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include prioritizing and categorizing incoming IT requests, handling first-level support, and escalating specific issues to the Second Level Support team. You will also be responsible for the setup, installation, and maintenance of hardware, including PCs, laptops, network components, monitors, printers, and scanners within the administration. Key qualifications include a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, professional experience in an IT Service Desk environment, and strong knowledge of administering desktop PCs, laptops, and printers. Expertise in MS Windows 11, Office 365 applications (including MS Teams), and experience working with IT ticketing systems for incident and service request management are essential.
