Job Summary
This role involves leading building technology projects in the greater Berlin area, from initial clarification to final acceptance. The Project Site Manager will collaborate closely with clients, authorities, and partners to ensure timely project completion, and provide technical leadership to the assembly team and apprentices. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for clients regarding additional services, identifying and managing extra work, and participating in negotiations for supplementary services. The role also requires organizing resources, schedules, and availabilities, preparing measurements and amendments, ensuring site safety, and conducting project controlling and change approvals with the commercial project management team. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with strong project management skills and a background in electrical installation.
