Job Summary

This leadership role involves defining and owning the Remote & Diagnostic Services portfolio for Customer Services, supporting Siemens Healthineers' business lines. Key responsibilities include managing interactive device access, diagnostics, troubleshooting, remote update management, and real-time data transfer. The Head of Remote and Diagnostics Services will drive the digitalization strategy for remote services, actively participating in implementing a new remote service platform. Success in this role requires extensive collaboration with global stakeholders, including Business Lines and HQ functions, to define and drive product management activities. The ideal candidate must possess a strategic mindset, proven leadership experience in developing and transforming global teams, and a strong background in product or service management, ideally within the regulated healthcare industry. This position offers flexibility, allowing up to 60% mobile work and up to 30 days of mobile work from abroad annually.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in IT or a relatable discipline

Experience

  • Many years of professional experience in product or service management (internal or external domains)
  • Proven track record of strategic decision-making and driving topics forward
  • Understanding of challenges within the remote service domain in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare)
  • Extensive leadership experience with a track record of developing and transforming global teams
  • Profound knowledge of the Siemens Healthineers portfolio and related processes (ideal)
