Job Summary

This role involves managing the full lifecycle of key e-government components (e-file, e-routing slip, substitutive scanning) within the Digital Administration Police NRW project. The Product Manager will oversee conception, introduction, operation, maintenance, and further development of these digital tools, ensuring their alignment with the product portfolio strategy. Key responsibilities include budgeting, roadmap creation, stakeholder communication, and advising police authorities on digital process transformation. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information or Communication Technology (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Science), Business Administration, Economics, Administrative Sciences with a focus on E-Government, or a comparable field. Alternatively, a successfully completed vocational training with further education as an Operative Professional, Master, State-certified Technician in Information or Communication Technology, or a commercial vocational training with further education as a State-certified Business Administrator.

Experience

  • Professional experience in information or communication technology, business administration, economics, or administrative sciences with a focus on e-government
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience in information or communication technology or a commercial field (if no higher education/advanced training)
