Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for employees facing IT issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd-level support for hardware and software problems, setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and mobile devices, and installing and configuring operating systems and applications. The specialist will also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving faults, documenting support cases in a ticketing system, and collaborating with external service providers and other IT teams. This position offers the chance to actively contribute ideas, take on responsibility, and develop professionally within a team-oriented environment focused on connecting people and technologies for various clients.

Education
Completed IT-related training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification
