Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for employees facing IT issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd-level support for hardware and software problems, setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and mobile devices, and installing and configuring operating systems and applications. The specialist will also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving faults, documenting support cases in a ticketing system, and collaborating with external service providers and other IT teams.
