Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for employees' technical needs, providing direct, in-person assistance with IT challenges. Your day-to-day will involve setting up, maintaining, and replacing end-user devices such as PCs, laptops, monitors, and printers, as well as assisting with software and operating system configurations. You'll also manage technical support for meeting rooms, including presentation equipment, and perform basic network and cabling tasks. A key part of the role is documenting and tracking IT incidents in a ticketing system and coordinating with the central IT team.
