This role involves leading a team of approximately 7 employees within the Berlin Senate Chancellery, focusing on the strategic development and implementation of digital administrative processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the personnel management, technical leadership, and organizational oversight of the 'Digital File' and 'Digital Mailroom' ICT basic services for the State of Berlin. Key responsibilities include ensuring Berlin-wide acceptance and requirements management, clarifying fundamental issues of administrative digitalization, and representing the group in internal and public forums, including federal and state committees. Required Skills
Education
Completed relevant scientific university degree (Master or equivalent) in Law, Economics, Finance, Administrative Sciences, or Political Sciences
