Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to actively shape and advance data management within the DZ BANK Group. As a Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing Data Governance guidelines, methods, and processes, ensuring compliance with current regulatory requirements like BCBS 239. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive Data Quality reporting system, including relevant KPIs for senior management, utilizing tools like Tableau and Data Lake. Day-to-day, you will drive the efficient implementation of DQ reporting, coordinate with data suppliers, and optimize the DQ-Issue Management process using ServiceNow. This position is ideal for a professional eager to contribute to robust data quality, advise specialist departments, and work closely with top management in a dynamic banking environment.

Required Skills

Education

Successful completion of studies in Business Administration (BWL) or Business Informatics, or a comparable academic degree

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a similar function within a banking environment, auditing firm, consultancy, internal audit, or a 2nd-line function
  • Practical experience in DQ-Management processes and DQ-Reporting processes
  • Experience with market-standard DQ and BI tools/methods (e.g., Tableau) is advantageous
  • Familiarity with regulatory and/or internal audits related to BCBS 239
  • Experience in project work and communication with top management
