Job Summary

This role, situated within the "Group IT Security" department of DZ BANK, Germany's second-largest commercial bank, focuses on strengthening resilience against cyber threats. The IT Security Manager will strategically develop and manage the entire lifecycle of the corporate Penetration Testing Program. Daily tasks involve coordinating and steering penetration tests conducted by external service providers, from kickoff through to process handover. A core responsibility is the complex analysis and evaluation of identified vulnerabilities, considering both the business context and strict regulatory requirements, utilizing current Threat Intelligence. The manager must possess strong analytical and communication skills to clearly present findings and identified security gaps to diverse stakeholders, including IT, Security, and Business leadership, while collaborating closely with operational teams to implement sustainable security solutions.
