Job Summary

This role is for a skilled Database Administrator who will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of database systems and services. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing requirements, planning, testing, and implementing new systems and components, as well as installing and deinstalling databases for operational use. A key part of the role involves providing 2nd-level support, analyzing, and resolving disruptions and vulnerabilities, and coordinating activities to ensure database availability, recoverability, performance, and operational security. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or certified IT Specialist

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in database administration
  • In-depth knowledge of relational database systems and structures (certification preferred)
  • Knowledge of operating system-related software components (e.g., Oracle, SQL-Server, communication systems, programming languages)
