This role involves ensuring the smooth usability of IT applications and providing essential informational and communication technology support to employees. The IT Coordinator will be responsible for managing service and support requests, delivering both First- and Second-Level support via on-site, telephone, or remote channels. Key day-to-day tasks include the administration of hardware and software systems, training staff on communication device operation, and implementing organizational and technical changes related to ICT. The ideal candidate is a trained IT Specialist with at least one year of professional experience in this field and secure German language skills (B2/C1 level).
