Job Summary
This role focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction by managing core administrative tasks within a specialized customer service environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining customer master data, issuing and dispatching billing forms and electronic health cards, and verifying eligibility claims. The representative will provide telephone and written consultation to insured individuals and medical practices regarding these topics. Key qualifications include a completed commercial vocational training and a service-oriented, cooperative approach to work. Experience in a call center or telephone customer consulting is desirable. This position offers an attractive compensation package, 30 days of annual leave, and flexible working hours (flextime) between 6:30 AM and 8:00 PM, making it suitable for professionals seeking work-life balance in a supportive environment.
