Job Summary
This role is for an in-house 2nd Level IT Support Specialist with a focus on Citrix environments, joining a 12-person team within a financial sector company in Munich. The specialist will act as a crucial link between 1st level IT support colleagues and Citrix server administrators. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues within Citrix AHP environments, Exchange Server, and Active Directory, as well as creating and maintaining IT documentation and a knowledge base. The position also involves contributing to the conception and setup of new IT environments and solutions, and assisting with IT administration tasks.
