Job Summary

As an Associate Client Delivery Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for SAP's private cloud customers, particularly those utilizing RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition. Your daily responsibilities will involve aligning with customers, planning and steering engagements, and acting as their advocate within the Enterprise Cloud Services organization. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and commercial success by managing the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding through run and renewal phases. You will handle engagement planning, service reviews, stakeholder management, communication, day-to-day operations, project support, and de-escalation of critical issues.
