Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated VIP Support Specialist to join an IT services and engineering solutions company in Hamburg. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for VIP users, providing essential technical support predominantly in English, both remotely and on-site. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, configuring and installing hardware and software, and collaborating with 3rd-level support for complex problems. Required Skills
