Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in onsite support, joining a market-leading company in IT solutions and service management. Day-to-day, you will be the first point of contact for IT issues, handling incoming calls, logging tickets, and providing direct support to customers for Windows clients, printers, networks, and telecommunications.
