Job Summary

As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the Security Operations Center (SOC) by developing, maintaining, and optimizing content for SOAR platforms like XSOAR. Your daily tasks will involve creating and refining playbooks, automations, dashboards, and reports, as well as integrating various security systems. You will focus on improving incident response processes through automation, ensuring faster and more efficient handling of security incidents. This role requires close collaboration with SOC teams to identify new automation opportunities and process improvements, alongside meticulous documentation of workflows. You will also ensure seamless integration of external security tools and provide prompt support for any XSOAR-related issues, contributing significantly to the overall security posture and operational efficiency.
