Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Hardware System Architect specializing in the development of hardware system architectures for FCAS radio systems, specifically in the GHz range and smart antenna technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing robust hardware architectures for aviation communication systems, focusing on modularity, performance, and partitioning across hardware, firmware, and software. Key responsibilities include defining hardware architectures and interfaces in collaboration with software architects and system engineering teams, creating detailed specifications, and overseeing hardware design considering components, SoC high integration, RF and digital design, layout, mechanics, cooling, interfaces, and bus systems. This position offers an attractive work environment with good prospects, including up to 30 days of annual leave and the possibility of 3 days/week home office.
