Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Configuration and Change Manager within the Combat & Mission sector for Airbus Defence and Space in Bremen. The professional will be responsible for executing and supporting Change and Problem Report Management processes, ensuring the monitoring and correction of all Configuration Management (CM) deliverables. Key daily tasks include defining and developing common life-cycle processes for comprehensive CM-controlled product development, preparing and conducting CM Exchange Boards, and serving as the interface between international development and CM departments. The role requires coordinating changes across Engineering, PMO, Production, and ILS, reviewing and adapting CM processes to current and future requirements, and managing documentation within the PDM system. A strong background in Configuration Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) is essential, alongside excellent English and good German language skills.
