This role is for a Component Manager specializing in Document Management Systems (DMS) and E-Files, working within the Office for Digitalization, Organization, and IT for the City of Stuttgart. The successful candidate will act as the product owner for centrally managed, city-wide applications, overseeing their entire lifecycle from requirements gathering to decommissioning. Key responsibilities include integrating applications into the city's IT infrastructure, supporting ongoing operations, developing operating concepts for new IT services, and conducting market analyses to identify innovative approaches. This position is crucial for ensuring the sustainable operation and further development of the E-File system, requiring strong analytical skills and experience in IT architecture and service management. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma (FH) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a completed vocational training in IT with equivalent, long-term relevant professional experience
