Job Summary
This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for the City of Stuttgart's central and human resources department. Day-to-day, you will oversee job postings, conduct active sourcing, pre-screen candidates, lead interviews, and facilitate contract signings. A key part of the job is advising leadership and specialist departments on strategic and operational recruiting, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines. You will also be instrumental in optimizing the candidate experience and developing city-wide recruitment strategies, from refining job advertisements to implementing innovative selection processes.
