Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or university diploma, preferably in a relevant or technical field, or qualification for higher technical or non-technical service.

Experience

  • Professional experience in civil and disaster protection (e.g., fire department, regulatory authority, Bundeswehr, or warning services)
  • Experience in project management or project work is beneficial
  • Readiness for on-call duty and work outside standard hours, including weekends, in case of events

Additional

  • Class B driving license required, ideally also C and E. Willingness to undertake recurring single or multi-day business trips. Mandatory willingness to undergo an extended security clearance and participate in the BBK's crisis organization. Prior successful security clearance is ideal. Must be available for work outside regular hours and on weekends during incidents.
