Job Summary

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in biopharma and IT. You will be instrumental in administering and supporting complex laboratory computer systems, with a specific focus on Global EM (Environmental Monitoring Software). Your daily tasks will include managing data and sample changes, maintaining master data, and providing cross-departmental support. A key part of your responsibility will be user management, including setting up new users and assigning roles within the systems. You will also be crucial in creating and maintaining GMP-compliant documentation, such as SOPs and work instructions, and assisting with complex data analysis to provide critical information for decision-making.
