Job Summary
This role is for a technically proficient IT Support Specialist to manage and administer Windows and/or Linux environments. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including networks and server systems. Key responsibilities also include supporting the planning and implementation of system and network architectures, collaborating with 1st and 3rd level support, and contributing to IT process optimization and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess current knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, experience with network infrastructures, and proficiency in collaboration solutions like Office365 and MS Teams.
