Job Summary

The 2nd Level IT Support Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including servers and networks. Key responsibilities also involve collaborating with 1st and 3rd level support, contributing to system planning and implementation, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of the IT environment through monitoring, documentation, and process optimization. Candidates must possess current knowledge of operating systems, network infrastructures, and collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams.
