Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically adept professional specializing in Windows and/or Linux environments who thrives in a dynamic 2nd Level Support setting. The specialist will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex IT infrastructure, including network and server systems. Key duties involve analyzing and resolving technical faults, supporting the development of system and network architectures, and collaborating closely with 1st and 3rd Level Support teams. A strong focus is placed on performance monitoring, implementing security policies (including patching and updates), and contributing to IT projects like rollouts and migrations. The successful candidate must possess current expertise in operating systems, networking, and collaboration tools like Office365/MS Teams, alongside very strong German language skills and a commitment to continuous learning and process optimization.
