Required Skills

Education

Doctorate (PhD) in Human Biology with a virological focus; Habilitation in Virology; Completed scientific university degree (Diploma, Master, or comparable) in Human Biology or a comparable discipline.

Experience

  • Professional experience in academic teaching for Human Biology and Medical students
  • Professional experience in supervising medical and scientific doctoral theses
  • Successful acquisition of competitive national and international third-party funding
  • Professional experience in conducting scientific cooperation projects (SFB, EU consortia)
  • Professional experience in working in a high-security laboratory (BSL-4)
