The successful candidate will utilize advanced electrophysiological techniques, including Patch-Clamp and TEVC, alongside molecular biology, biochemistry, and fluorescence microscopy methods. Day-to-day tasks involve scientific services in research and teaching, conducting experiments using the *Xenopus laevis* oocyte system and Zebrafish (*Danio rerio*) models, and performing molecular work like mutagenesis and Western Blot analysis.
