As the Head of Operations, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Campus Founders by developing and optimizing its operating system to be smart, digital, and AI-enabled. You will lead a high-performance team, focusing on empowerment, feedback, and AI-driven workflows. Your role involves translating company strategy into measurable goals, overseeing the entire tool, system, and process landscape, and driving impact through data-based KPIs and digital tools. You will work closely with the Director, manage resources and budgets, and ensure operational excellence. Required Skills
Education
IT-related vocational training or a degree in Computer Science
Experience
- Over five years of experience in IT-related roles
- Practical experience in using AI-powered tools and automation technologies
- Relevant leadership experience in an IT environment
- Deep knowledge in process and IT system management
- Experience in building and operating modern, scalable IT infrastructures
- Professional experience with data management, reporting, and API integration
- Proficient in CRM systems like Hubspot
- Strong project management experience
