This leadership role involves the disciplinary and technical management of a high-performance team, translating the organizational strategy into measurable team goals, and ensuring excellent operational execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing the organization's tool, system, and process landscape, building scalable cloud infrastructures, and managing resources and budgets efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong experience in IT-related roles, practical expertise in AI tools and automation, and a proven ability to use data strategies (BI, API integration) and project management (CRM, HubSpot) to drive organizational impact and support the next generation of successful startups.

IT apprenticeship or Informatics degree
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in IT-related roles (Informatics/IT background required)
- Leadership experience in an IT environment
- Practical experience implementing AI tools and automation
- Professional experience in process and IT system management
