Job Summary
This role involves facilitating the connection of airlines to a passenger data information system, crucial for preventing and prosecuting terrorism and serious crime. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising, planning, and executing the technical and organizational integration of airlines at a management level. Key duties include analyzing, conceptualizing, and developing business processes for data suppliers, participating in national and international workshops to standardize message exchange, and acquiring new airlines while establishing technical and professional frameworks. The position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to travel, offering an opportunity to contribute to national security within a federal agency.
Required Skills
Education
• Accredited university degree (min. Bachelor's) in law, administration, or economics, OR • Qualification as a "Verwaltungsfachwirt" (Administrative Specialist), OR • Successfully completed preparatory service or advancement procedure for the higher non-technical administrative service (for civil servants up to A 11 BBesO), OR • Accredited university degree (min. Bachelor's) in another field
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration or sales (advantageous)
- Professional experience in advising, planning, and conducting technical and organizational integration with airlines
- Professional experience in analyzing, conceiving, establishing, and developing business processes
- Professional experience in preparing, organizing, and participating in national and international workshops
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to engage with gender and diversity competence
- Unrestricted willingness to travel for business
- Readiness for an extended security clearance check (SÜG)
- Proof of equivalence for foreign degrees required
- Ability to undergo a security clearance check successfully
