Job Summary
Siemens Advanta is seeking a driven and conceptually strong Solution Architect to join their dynamic, international team in Germany. This role involves collaborating with and steering on- and offshore teams across EMEA, focusing on Enterprise Recipe Management within the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will leverage their deep understanding of end-to-end Pharma Enterprise Recipe Management processes to assess client requirements, develop reusable use cases, and design comprehensive enterprise architectures. They will be instrumental in bridging the gap between R&D and manufacturing through innovative digital solutions, managing customer expectations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to work in a start-up-like environment with significant impact on digital transformation in the industrial world.
Required Skills
Education
Engineering degree, ideally in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (asset, not hard requirement)
Experience
- 4+ years of solution architecture experience or equivalent (product owner, product manager)
- Full Product / Software Development Life cycle experience, including definition, requirements gathering, configuration, and delivery
- Strong experience in the Life Science industry, key processes and systems used in R&D and manufacturing
- Professional experience with PLM applications
- Professional experience working in large enterprise projects with R&D, Manufacturing, and Operations teams/functions/requirements
- Full life-cycle application experience coupled with a strong understanding of business challenges and processes in moving towards an end-to-end digital enterprise recipe management in pharma
- Background in the Pharmaceutical industry or other process industries with similar challenges
