Job Summary

This role involves leading complex projects in building technology, focusing on smart building solutions through the networking of systems and intelligent data processing. As a reliable Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing (sub-)projects related to building automation (Cost Group 480), telecommunications systems (450), and potentially heavy current systems (440), primarily within the Berlin/Leipzig/Dresden region. Key responsibilities include end-to-end project control, from technical clarification and planning through implementation and final acceptance. You will manage budget, costs, quality, and deadlines, act as the central point of contact for clients, coordinate subcontractors, and provide technical leadership to commissioning teams. This position requires a proactive, customer-oriented professional who can independently lead projects and contribute client knowledge during the sales/bidding phase to develop optimal solutions.
