Job Summary

As an IT Solution Professional, you will be responsible for the operation and ongoing development of complex IT environments for clients, encompassing everything from infrastructure to security. Your day-to-day will involve planning, installing, and maintaining IT systems based on Linux and Windows servers, both physical and virtualized. You'll leverage your expertise in virtualization technologies like VMware ESX/vCenter, Hyper-V, and Scale Computing to ensure highly available systems. A key part of your role will be maintaining system stability and security through installations, patching, and various security measures. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, performing remote and on-site maintenance and patch management, while meticulously documenting solutions to ensure knowledge retention within the team.
