This role is for a dedicated Facility Manager / Building Technician at the 4-star Mercure Hotel München Airport Freising. You will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and maintenance of all hotel technical systems and facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your daily tasks will include identifying and resolving defects, performing various repairs including painting, and coordinating external service providers.
