Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Facility Manager / Building Technician to join the team at the 4-star Mercure Hotel München Airport Freising. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the hotel's technical systems and facilities, identifying and rectifying defects, and performing various repairs including painting. A key part of the role involves coordinating and overseeing external contractors, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and safety standards. You will collaborate closely with the Housekeeping and Reception departments, communicate with external service providers and authorities, and meticulously document all activities, maintenance, and safety checks.
