This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the 4-star Mercure Hotel München Airport Freising. The Facility Manager/Building Technician will be responsible for the monitoring, upkeep, and repair of all hotel technical systems and facilities. Key daily tasks include identifying and resolving defects, performing various repairs (including painting), and coordinating external contractors while ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical or trade qualification or extensive professional experience in these areas, coupled with strong versatility, a 'hands-on' approach, and good German language skills.
