This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining EDI interfaces, playing a crucial part in connecting external systems with internal processes. The specialist will gather and evaluate functional requirements, developing efficient EDI processes in close collaboration with clients and internal departments. Key responsibilities include creating mapping solutions using standards like EDIFACT, XML, CSV, and JSON, monitoring existing data flows, and ensuring smooth EDI operations. The position also supports system introductions through testing, rollouts, and technical documentation, working closely with the IT team for continuous process improvement.
