Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in Windows and iOS systems, based in Hamburg. Day-to-day, you will be the first point of contact for customers facing IT issues, handling break/fix tickets, performing installations, and providing 2nd level support. You'll diagnose and resolve problems related to Windows clients, iOS devices, network, and telecommunications. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong knowledge of Windows and iOS operating systems, and experience with Active Directory and standard software like Microsoft Office.
