This role is for an IT Technician specializing in onsite support, based in Braak near Hamburg. The core responsibility involves ensuring the availability of hardware and software through 2nd level support, with direct user interaction. Day-to-day tasks include supporting users at the service point, repairing desktops, notebooks, and tablets, detailed documentation of work processes, and assisting with IT transfers.
