Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician specializing in onsite support, based in Braak near Hamburg. The core responsibility involves ensuring the availability of hardware and software through 2nd level support, with direct user interaction. Day-to-day tasks include supporting users at the service point, repairing desktops, notebooks, and tablets, detailed documentation of work processes, and assisting with IT transfers. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Windows client operating systems (especially Windows 10 and 11), experience in user support, onsite service, and 2nd level support, and familiarity with MS Office applications and client peripherals.
