Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Senior IT Service Technician to provide comprehensive IT infrastructure support for a prestigious, internationally successful law firm in Munich. You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level onsite support, end-user assistance, and instruction for a wide range of client devices and peripherals, including tablets, notebooks, PCs, printers, iOS/Android devices, projectors, and speakerphones. Additionally, you will manage software support for various applications and handle the setup, dismantling, installation, and support of video conferencing systems like Teams and Zoom.
