Job Summary
Join a team of IT specialists ensuring the smooth operation of highly complex client environments at Frankfurt Airport. In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support for IT systems, both remotely and on-site, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving hardware and software issues. You'll manage service requests and incidents using dedicated tools, perform installations, troubleshooting, and delivery of IT hardware, and administer user rights and software usage. This position requires a background in IT, strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Client applications, and experience in applying established service processes. Required Skills
Education

- Practical experience in applying established processes and implementing service concepts
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues within Second Level Support
