Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to provide vital infrastructure support for a company in the construction sector based in Stuttgart. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for creating and managing user accounts, setting up new IT hardware, and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues. You will also be a key point of contact for 1st level support via phone and ticketing systems, diagnosing and resolving technical difficulties. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT-related education, preferably as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or an equivalent qualification, coupled with solid expertise in PC hardware, network technologies, and current Windows operating systems. Experience with Microsoft 365 is also highly desirable.
