This role involves the comprehensive management of procurement processes for the Agency for Innovation in Cybersecurity GmbH (Cyberagentur), a federal company focusing on cutting-edge cybersecurity research. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing both traditional and innovative procurement procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and administrative regulations. This includes advising internal stakeholders on procurement and contract law, assisting with service specifications and economic calculations, and handling complaint resolution for contract defects. Relevant degree with administrative law focus or comparable qualification
Experience
- At least three years of professional experience and expertise in applying procurement law
- Experience and knowledge in GWB, UVgO, VOB/A; HGB, BGB; VOL/B; EVB-IT, and procurement-relevant aspects of budgetary law
