Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in Second Level Support, based in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support for client systems and applications at customer sites, specifically focusing on Windows environments. Key responsibilities include performing second-level support, deploying software using SCCM, assisting with mobile device inquiries (Android and iOS), and meticulously documenting all completed tasks. The position requires a background in IT, practical experience with Windows client configuration and troubleshooting, and strong knowledge of Windows 7, 10, SCCM, and Active Directory. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in the IT sector
- Practical experience in the configuration and troubleshooting of Windows clients, including error analysis and resolution
