Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional to kickstart their career in First Level Support in Munich. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring VIP support, performing software rollouts and updates, and troubleshooting issues related to media technology and print services. Key responsibilities also include supporting existing installations, customizing systems, and general problem analysis and resolution. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT-related education and initial professional experience in IT customer support or onsite support, coupled with strong user knowledge of Windows 7/10, media technology, mobile devices, and printer management.
