Job Summary
As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for end-users, handling and resolving 1st level support incidents according to established processes and Service Level Agreements. Your daily tasks will involve supporting IT users with hardware and software queries, documenting all activities in the service management tool, and meticulously qualifying incoming incidents, service requests, and changes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong IT background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. You will work in an international environment, offering a varied range of tasks and excellent long-term employment prospects, supported by a friendly team and convenient public transport access in Hamburg.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Advisor, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.
