Job Summary

As the Head of Controlling, you will lead a dedicated team within a leading research institute in the healthcare sector, specifically focusing on psychiatry. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the controlling team for both research and clinical areas, ensuring robust reporting for the managing director and clinic leadership. You'll be instrumental in preparing and conducting budget negotiations with health insurance companies, creating forecasts, economic plans, investment plans, and annual financial statements. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic and operational projects through economic analyses, collaborate closely with various departments, and shape the financial direction of a significant healthcare institution. The position offers a hybrid work model with two days remote work per week and 30 days of annual leave.
