Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st-Level IT support and device management within a dynamic IT environment in Frankfurt am Main. The technician will be responsible for supporting both German and English-speaking users through direct interaction (TechLounge and Floorwalks), handling hardware issues for Windows, macOS, and iOS devices (including BYOD), and managing user and device lifecycles using Azure and Intune. Key daily tasks include creating and maintaining tickets in the ServiceNow (SNOW) system, documenting errors for 2nd Level Support, and resolving common issues using existing knowledge bases. Candidates must possess strong technical skills in Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Active Directory, Citrix, and Bitlocker, coupled with secure communication abilities in both German and English, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and solution-oriented service delivery.
